I&#039;m glad to see your back to blog posting.  and yet another great topic....I haven&#039;t read Lupton&#039;s article yet, but I have had the same questions about how gentrification could be a good thing.  I care about Kensington and I would like to see the neighborhood improve.   Obviously, we don&#039;t want a lot of the bad things to continue.  But it is not &quot;bad&quot; to be poor,  so I want the poor people to stay so I can get to know them.  Thanks for pointing me to some reading material on the subject.</description>
